ADMISSIONS PROCEDURE FOR SY 2025-2026

STEP 0. Check for eligibility and required documents for enrollment. 

STEP 1. Prepare the initial documents to process application: 

a.  Original PSA Birth Certificate;

b.  Latest original Report Card;

c.  1x1 Photo with white background

Entrance exams are waived at this time.  However, actual documents must be submitted as final step to be a an officially enrolled.  See list of additional required documents here.

STEP 2. Fill-out and upload initial documents in the Online Admissions Form. 

STEP 3. Pay the Admissions Processing Fee using any of the payment methods convenient to you.  Once paid, it is non-refundable and non-transferable but is deductible from the FINAL Tuition payment. 

Complete Step 3 by uploading your proof of payment to the SVS Payment and Assessment Form.  An email of your Tuition and Fees Assessment for enrollment will be sent to the email address registered with the SVS Payment and Assessment Form.  It may take 2-3 business days to receive the email.

STEP 4. Download, read, and complete the following documents:

a.  Data Privacy Agreement and Consent Form

b.  Student Medical Information filled-out by family physician/pediatrician

c.  Certificate of Good Health issued by family physician/pediatrician

These documents form part of the requirements for enrollment. 

STEP 5. Enroll your child.  Pay the tuition and fees in school and bring the following:

a.  original and one photocopy of all the documents required in Step 1 and Step 4

b.  original and photocopy of proof of payments

Another option is to make payments through any of the accepted online payment methods available.  Email your proof of payment to 1svspayment@gmail.com.  However, you will still need to visit the school for documents submission. 

Your child’s HMLS+ Username and Password will be sent to your registered email once proof payment and documents have been submitted. It is possible that this email will be found in your Junk/Spam Mail instead of your Inbox.

STEP 6. Purchase Books and Uniforms

During your onsite visit, you may order and pay for books and uniforms.

Otherwise, you can also order and pay for textbooks at the Online Bookstore using your credit card.  The bookstore will be available in this website starting Monday,  

June 2, 2025.

Release/Schedule of pick-up of books and uniforms will be made on the school's social media platform. It is necessary to show proof of payment or school-issued Official Receipts to claim the textbooks and uniforms.

ATTENTION:  Students who are unable to provide the additional required documents shall be provisionally enrolled until all documents are submitted within the first quarter of the school year.  

• Must be 3 years old by August 31 the academic year 
• Should be potty trained prior to when school starts (for face to face classes only) 

 Must be at least 4 years old by August 31 of the academic year.

Must be at least 5 years old by August 31 of the academic year.

• Must be a completer of Kindergarten
• Should be at least 6 years old by August 31 of the academic year 

Must be a completer of Grade 6.

Must be a completer of Grade 10.
